Shipping costs are not included in CHANGE OF MIND and CHANGE OF SIZE, EXCHANGES or GIFT CARD requests for future purchases.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
CHANGE OF MIND and CHANGE OF SIZE
If you change your mind, you can return your item for an Exchange or Refund provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please refer to our Return Conditions above.
- If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
- You have 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return in the event there is delay in receiving you order.
- You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a Refund.
- Products that are marked down by 50% or more from their original price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
EXCHANGE
- Wrong size or doesn’t suit you? Opt to exchange for another size or item. Your exchange items will be sent as soon as your return is processed.
- Please note; we cannot hold products for exchange. Please send your return off as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your exchange items.
- Exchange Items that are out of stock will be on a notification basis of available options.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
- Shipping costs are not included.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- SALE ITEMS; products marked down by 50% off or more are final sale and will not be eligible for return.
FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS
In the event that you receive a faulty or wrong item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.
Please note that Be Bold Active has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided. Some new products may have a loose thread leftover from the manufacturing process, these can be hand-trimmed off with your scissors like those on other garments.
Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by Be Bold Active, and will remain your responsibility. If you opt to complete a direct product-for-product exchange, the exchange product cannot be returned again unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault.
Shipping costs are included for faulty or wrong items.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to products purchased from BeBold Active Pty Ltd ABN 68 665 484 391 trading as BeBold Active, BeBold Lifestyle, BeBold Country and any business in Australia it operates, the website stores including but not limited to Edit-Co and any other website it operates (referred to in this Policy as we, our and us)
(from time to time we may discover Undeliverable Postcodes if this happens, we will notify you and see if there is a solution, as soon as we see that this will affect the order).
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorised your credit card for the purchase, or your payment has been processed.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or text as soon as we realise this is the case.
Shipping Time frames:
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way…(it’s time to get excited)
Estimated delivery time frames:
- Approximately 5 - 15 working days from the time your order is shipped;
Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centres, some of which may be located overseas and various locations in Australia.
Please note: Delivery time only starts after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-3 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos and videos (if applicable) to us, you can do this easily by via our CONTACT PAGE and we will look after your case asap.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after your order has been processed and ordered from our warehouse (this can be as soon as 15 minutes) are subject to a $8.99 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS
Edit-co.com.au works with reputable couriers and carriers to provide the most efficient delivery service possible, at the most reasonable prices your order will usually come via Australia Post.
Undeliverable Packages:
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email. If you have accidently shipped to the incorrect address there will be a re-shipping charge to you before we can resend your item, this cost will vary depending on your order size and warehouse locations.
note: some orders are shipped from multiple warehouses.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to ensure your item arrives at your door at your convenience. **A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by Receiver:
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
No Pickups Available:
Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.
